Janet Dickey

Founder & CEO

As a 30 year HS field hockey coach Janet has immersed herself in the business of helping people find their “best selves”. She is a certified Spinning, Pilates and Strength and Conditioning instructor as well as a graduate of the Positive Performance Mindset Coaching Academy.

Allison Pluck

Instructor

How can anyone pass up the opportunity to be able to live longer, feel rejuvenated, and have more energy? Allison knows that the key to a great life is in taking care of our bodies. As a certified fitness instructor, Allison knows what it takes to reach peak physical fitness. She teaches because she loves seeing others change their lives through physical activity. Allison has taught HIIT, Boot Camp, and Silver Sneakers since 2016. Allison’s goal is to give you a workout that is entertaining and challenging, but above all, it makes you want to come back for more!

Caty Halpin

Instructor

Caty Halpin-Caty is a certified athletic trainer currently employed by PTSMC and Westbrook High School.  She is a graduate of Quinnipiac University and is certified in Strength and Conditioning.
